Our engineers use manufacturer-approved procedures and premium parts to service gas boilers and air-source heat pumps. We perform safety checks, combustion and pressure tests, controls calibration and preventative maintenance, then issue a detailed service report with clear recommendations. All work is carried out by Gas Safe-registered engineers and HPIN-qualified heat pump specialists.

What our servicing covers A full annual or routine service includes inspection of the burner and heat exchanger, combustion/efficiency checks where applicable, flue and condensate inspection, pressure testing and controls verification. For combi and system boilers we check seals, valves and expansion components; for air-source heat pumps we inspect refrigerant circuits, electrical connections and system controls.
Why the report matters Every service includes a written report that documents condition, test readings and recommended work. That report supports warranty requirements, landlord enquiries and helps plan preventative maintenance so boilers and heat pumps run reliably and efficiently year after year.
